Many years ago, I watched a movie called Pay It Forward. It was a movie based on the novel of the same name by Catherine Ryan Hyde. It was about an eleven-year-old boy who launches a movement of kind acts, Pay it Forward, to change the world for the better. Pay it forward simply means when someone does something nice for you, instead of paying it back by doing something nice for them in return, you pay the favour forward and do something nice for someone else.
In my current job, I am blessed with the chance to encourage others to do kind acts in order to make their lives more meaningful. According to Dr. Martin Seligman, the founder of positive psychology, doing kind acts is an effective means to achieve a meaningful life and hence enduring happiness. Through this blogshop, I hope I can spread the idea of pay it forward to more people and wish they could enjoy lots of happiness. I will post up some PIF items periodically and the prices of these PIF items will be low. If you would like to get any PIF items, I hope you will do something nice and sweet for someone.
